LONGER MAINTENANCE CYCLE

New Piston/Seal system provides a longer period between maintenance cycles. The Hybrid piston does not require the bodymaker to be shut down for service as often.

Extra-Strong Clamp Ring Retainer prevents breakage
from off center hits.

Ceramic Cylinder Sleeve will last indefinately. Sleeve is compressed and hipped ceramic to achieve a 4 microfinish to reduce friction on the piston seal. Not porous and
abrasive like the spray-on ceramics.

Long-Life Spring is longer with extra mass, requiring less deflection. It is deflection that causes springs to wear out. Spring is softer, absorbing the impact of the bodymakers ram linkage while reducing shock to the bodymaker.
